Applicant from current High School must meet 2 out of the following 3 requirements: ACT minimum score of 25, upper 20% of graduating class or GED requirement, or cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0. The course work includes: English-8 semesters (2 semesters must be in Composition), Math-6 semesters (2 semesters must be in Algebra), Science-6 semesters (2 semesters in Biology, 2 semesters in Chemistry), Social Studies-6 semesters (All English and 1 year of Algebra must be a grade C or above).

Allen College has suites adjacent to the Allen College Campus and the suites will provide the housing benefits of independent living for students while being close to campus. The suites include: furnished living area with a sofa, lamp, table, chairs, and cable TV; twelve bedrooms that accommodate twenty-four people contain: a bed with mattress, desk, dresser, chair, and closet for each occupant; kitchen provides a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, dining island, and stove; dining area is furnished with table and chairs; large bathroom provides a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub with an additional half bath; utility room with washer and dryer; private entrance for each suite; and security system for each suite. Other amenities include: phone/internet/ cable TV access in the bedrooms; cable TV in living areas and social center; central air throughout the building; soft water; limited storage available for each suitemate; on-site parking; all suites are handicapped accessible; all utilities provided free of charge; and wireless Internet access available.
