I completed my Masters at the Auburn University, Alabama. I was mainly interested to study at the US because their education is more research oriented and they emphasize more on practical knowledge. Sadly, the education in India, though we have good facilities, is quite theoretical in its approach. In all I applied to 6 universities and got admits from 4. My best wishes for all the future study abroad students.

The visa interview was really cool. My acads at the time of applying was 80%. Just take care to emphasise the fact the you’ll get back to India after completing the program—it always works with the VOs !

I did not get any grants from the university.

Good jobs are there for the taking, provided you pass with high grades.
